Public Hearing to be held at 6:00 PM on Monday, June 8, 2009 .  The Atwater Redevelopment Agency, Atwater Fire Protection Agency, and the City Council will hold a joint public hearing on the 2009-2010 Fiscal Year Budget. 

 

To Review the City Manager's letter and policy issues for FY 2009/2010 Budget; Go to Local Government, then go to City Departments and go to the City Manager's site and click on City Manager's letter or Policy Issues.

Pay your Utility Bill with a Credit Card

The Finance Department now offers payment of Utility Bills by use of a Credit Card.  This service is currently available only for the payment of Utility Bills and must be done in person.  We also offer automatic payment through ACH from a checking or savings account.
