When the President of the is aboard this aircraft it became Air Force One as its call number. Presidents who have used this DC-9 aircraft include Ford, Carter, Reagan, and Bush G.H., Clinton, and Bush G.W.

 


Castle Air Force Base operated adjacent to the City of Atwater for over 50 years. Many veterans – retirees continue to live in the city and surrounding area. Their dedicated they showed during their years of active duty have now translated into community service and roles of leadership.
