The Atwater Community Center, located at 760 East Bellevue Road, has been designated as a "Cooling Center" and is open during the hours of 11 AM to 9 PM during days in which an extreme weather advisory for heat has been issued. The center is not open every day but only when an advisory is in effect. If you need assistance please contact the Cit Fire Department (209) 357-6352.
