Downtown Revitalization Strategy

With the assistance of the State Community Development Block Grant Program the City of Atwater has prepared a Downtown Revitalization Strategy.  As a result of this initial concept plan the City has been successful in applying for additional funds from the state for design development activities. 

The City will be holding public meetings and workshops.  Your support and encouragement are essential to completing a successful project.
